Sultan Recruitment is a specialist recruitment consultancy focused on the rope access industry. We connect IRATA-certified technicians with employers who require skilled rope access professionals. Our services include candidate sourcing, credential verification, and placement coordination. Sultan Recruitment acts as an intermediary between technicians and employers — we are not an employer, labour hire company, or staffing agency. Any employment relationship is formed directly between the technician and the hiring employer.
2. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all registrations, applications, and communications.
- Ensure all certifications, qualifications, and credentials submitted are valid, current, and genuinely held.
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your certifications, availability, or contact details.
- Not misrepresent your experience, qualifications, or IRATA certification level.
- Not use our services to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity.
Employers agree to provide accurate project descriptions, working conditions, and compensation details. Misrepresentation of project scope, safety standards, or payment terms may result in termination of services.
3. No Guarantee of Placement
Registration with Sultan Recruitment does not guarantee placement in any role. We endeavour to match qualified technicians with suitable opportunities, but placement depends on employer requirements, project timelines, market conditions, and candidate availability. Similarly, employers engaging our services are not guaranteed a specific number of candidates or a specific timeline for crew fulfilment.
4. Fee Structure
Sultan Recruitment operates on a transparent fee model. Technicians are never charged for registration, profile hosting, or job matching. Our fees are paid by employers upon successful placement. Specific fee arrangements are agreed with employers prior to commencing a search and are documented in separate commercial agreements. We are committed to published margins and visible day rates — every stakeholder sees the same numbers.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Sultan Recruitment website — including text, graphics, logos, brand identity, page layout, and software — is the property of Sultan Recruitment and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. Candidate profiles and employer project briefs submitted through our platform remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
6. Confidentiality
Information shared through our services — including candidate profiles, employer project details, compensation data, and commercial terms — is confidential. You agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without our prior written consent. Employers agree not to share candidate profiles received through Sultan Recruitment with other parties or use them for purposes beyond the specified role.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sultan Recruitment provides recruitment matching services on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. We are not liable for the actions, conduct, or performance of any technician or employer introduced through our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us in connection with the specific placement giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate their engagement with Sultan Recruitment at any time by providing written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct detrimental to our business or other users. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Where applicable, international data protection regulations (including the GDPR) apply to the processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or by email to registered users. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
